At PEONIES Aesthetics & Wellness Solutions , we are committed to creating a respectful, safe, and comfortable environment for every client. These terms govern all appointments, services, and purchases made at PEONIES. By booking an appointment, purchasing a product or service, or otherwise engaging with us, you agree to abide by the following policies and terms.
We expect all clients to treat our staff with kindness and respect. Disrespectful or aggressive behavior toward our administrative or clinical team will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of services.

Appointment Policy

  • A valid credit card on file is required to schedule any appointment.
  • A $100 non-refundable deposit is required and will be applied toward your total treatment cost.
  • Deposits are forfeited in the event of a no-show or last-minute cancellation and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
  •  Your payment information is securely stored in our HIPAA- and PCI-compliant payment platform. Our team does not have access to your full card details.
Guest Policy: For safety and privacy, no additional guests or children are allowed in treatment rooms.

Cancellation / No-Show Policy

  •  Arriving late may shorten your appointment time to avoid delaying subsequent clients.
  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled, your deposit forfeited, and a $100 late fee may apply if we can still accommodate you.
  • Please plan to arrive 10 minutes early for check-in.

Refund Policy

Services, Treatments & Packages
  • All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on services rendered, packages, injectables, or gift cards.
  • If you are deemed medically contraindicated or your provider chooses not to proceed, your payment will remain on your account as credit for future services or products.
  • Once an injectable treatment is administered, no refunds or credits can be issued.

Products

  • No returns on opened, unopened, or unused products.
  • In the rare event of an adverse reaction, a spa credit may be issued only after evaluation by your provider.
  • Products must be returned in person with proof of purchase within 30 days.
  • Defective products (e.g., broken pump) may be exchanged for the same product within 7 days.

Gift Card Policy

  • Gift cards may be used toward any eligible service or product at PEONIES.
  • Not redeemable for cash
  • Online-purchased gift cards must be redeemed in person with photo ID matching the purchasing card.
  • If someone other than the purchaser redeems the card, additional verification will be required.

Membership Policy

  • All memberships require a 6-month commitment.
  • Early cancellations require a 30-day written notice and a $250 early termination fee.

Referral Policy

  • Refer a friend or family member and receive a $100 PEONIES credit.
  • Credit will be applied to a future appointment, not the same-day visit when the referral presents.

Referral Policy

  • Promotional appointments must be booked before the promotion period ends.
  •  If you reschedule outside the promo period, you may lose promotional pricing.
  • Only one discount or promotion may be applied per appointment.
  • Promotions and discounts cannot be stacked or combined.
By receiving any services at PEONIES, you agree that PEONIES Aesthetics & Wellness Solutions, its owners, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of our services or products, except as prohibited by Georgia law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PEONIES Aesthetics & Wellness Solutions and its staff from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of our services or products.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith mediation. If the dispute is not resolved through mediation, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Fulton County, Georgia, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
By scheduling an appointment or purchasing any service, membership, or product from PEONIES Aesthetics & Wellness Solutions, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Client Care Policies & Terms of Service.
